A Paralegal is sought to support the Trust & Estate practice group in the Minneapolis office.

Candidate Parameters:

• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in trusts and estates, litigation, and/or tax law.
• Responsibilities include drafting estate planning documents, assisting with probate and trust administration, filing probate pleadings, and ensuring the collection and distribution of estate assets.
• The role also involves time management, maintaining client confidentiality, and organizing documentation.
• A paralegal degree or certificate is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong communication skills.
