Position Overview:

• We are looking for a highly skilled **Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney** to join our in-office team. This role requires experience, preferably from a trial law firm setting. If you have a proven track record in state and federal courts, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 5-8 complex medical malpractice cases simultaneously
• Handle case triage, pleadings, and written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Engage in motion practice and trial preparation
• Meet a 1900 billable hour requirement

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• Experience in medical malpractice defense or a related field
• -First or second-chair trial experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and research abilities
