Responsibilities:
- Handle your caseload from inception to resolution.
- Manage discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Second-chair trials with the opportunity to first-chair down the line.
Candidate Parameters:
- Full cycle litigation experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to representing plaintiffs
- Member of the Florida Bar
