Tort Litigation Attorney – Los Angeles, CA

A Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking a Tort Litigation Attorney to join its litigation team due to increased workload.

Position Overview:

This role is suited for an attorney with 3–5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in tort matters such as negligence and premises liability. The position requires the ability to manage cases independently while working within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in tort litigation matters
• Handle claims involving negligence, negligent hiring, supervision, retention, and premises liability
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of litigation and tort law experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Trial preparation experience preferred
• Public entity experience preferred but not required
• Active California Bar license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $150,000 – $225,000
• 1,900 annual billable requirement
• Discretionary and productivity-based bonuses

Salary Range: $150,000 – $225,000
