Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a Litigation Attorney to join a well-established Southern California defense practice in San Diego. This opportunity offers hands-on case ownership, consistent workflow, and mentorship from experienced trial attorneys.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Taking and defending depositions, including expert witnesses
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Participating in settlement discussions and trial preparation
• Maintaining direct client communication and case strategy

Compensation & Benefits
