This is an excellent opportunity for a trust litigation attorney—or a commercial, business, or real estate litigator interested in transitioning into probate litigation—to join a collaborative team where attorneys receive hands-on mentorship, gradually build their own caseload, and have opportunities to second-chair trials.

Compensation & Perks

• $150,000–$190,000 base salary

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Advise clients and maintain strong relationships
• Appear in court, mediations, and negotiations
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues
• Stay current on trusts and estates law through continuing education

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Trust litigation experience preferred; commercial, business, or real estate litigators interested in probate litigation are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000
