A boutique plaintiff-side litigation practice is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to manage complex construction defect matters in a fully remote environment.

This role requires regular on-site property visits in the Greater San Francisco area, while maintaining a remote-first structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex litigation caseloads

Handle motions, discovery, and depositions

Prepare for arbitration, mediation, or judicial reference

Evaluate and negotiate settlements

Coordinate with case managers

Track time using internal systems

Candidate Requirements:

5+ years of litigation experience

Construction defect experience preferred

Licensed graduate of an ABA-accredited law school

Located within driving distance of San Francisco

Compensation & Benefits:

$150,000–$200,000+ depending on experience

Finder’s fees and discretionary bonuses
