Mission Recruiting is partnering with a highly selective litigation practice to identify a litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience. This full-time, in-office opportunity is based in El Segundo, California. The role offers the chance to work on a low-volume docket of high-quality civil litigation matters, allowing for meaningful responsibility and direct, hands-on involvement throughout each case.

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions
• Conduct depositions
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Participate in trial preparation and trial
• Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
• Collaborate with the litigation team and maintain client communication

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with motion practice and depositions
• Familiarity with California state and federal courts
• JD and active California Bar membership

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000 – $300,000
