Job Description:

• With our continued growth, we seek to add an associate attorney to our appellate group. In this position, you will handle appeals and litigation in state and federal courts. Experience with an appellate court as a briefing attorney or similar position is a plus.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Texas
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney or background in appellate law
• Superior analytical skills and ability to navigate novel legal issues
• Excellent Communication and strong research and writing skills
• Willingness to learn
• Great collaboration skills
