The Financial Institutions Group in the New York office is seeking mid-level associates with M&A transactional experience, including experience with financial institutions transactions. A high level of academic achievement and strong law firm experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage M&A transactions, with a focus on financial institutions.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on a variety of financial transactions.
• Work closely with partners and clients in the financial services sector.
• Negotiate, structure, and document deals while collaborating across multiple teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience in M&A transactional work, particularly with financial institutions.
• Strong academic credentials and solid law firm experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary expected to range between $310,000 and $390,000 annually, with actual salary determined based on experience and other relevant factors.
