Our client is an established and respected law firm specializing in estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning. They seek an experienced Senior Associate or Partner-Level Attorney passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on special needs trusts, Medi-Cal, SSI, and public benefits.
- Create tailored estate plans including wills, trusts, and healthcare directives.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm leadership.
- Engage in business development and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- JD and California Bar license.
- 5+ years’ experience in special needs and estate planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and drafting skills.
