You’ll join a team of passionate, mission-driven professionals who are shaping the state’s educational landscape—one project at a time.

Your Practice Will Include:

• Counseling K-12 and community college clients on real estate transactions and leases
• Advising on construction procurement and resolving disputes
• Drafting and negotiating public contracts and operational agreements
• Navigating complex issues involving CEQA, eminent domain, prevailing wage, and bidding procedures
• Supporting both transactional matters and related litigation

What You Bring:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Experience or strong interest in business, facilities, construction, or real estate law
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Passion for public service and education
• At least one year of post-bar legal experience preferred
