Your Practice Will Include:

Counseling K-12 and community college clients on real estate transactions and leases
Advising on construction procurement and resolving disputes
Drafting and negotiating public contracts and operational agreements
Navigating complex issues involving CEQA, eminent domain, prevailing wage, and bidding procedures
Supporting both transactional matters and related litigation

What You Bring:

Active membership in the California State Bar
Experience or strong interest in business, facilities, construction, or real estate law
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Passion for public service and education
At least one year of post-bar legal experience preferred
