Mission Recruiting proudly represents an established law firm in Irvine, CA seeking a talented and motivated Business Litigation Associate to join their team. This is NOT an insurance defense position. The casework will consist of complex business disputes involving fraud, trademarks, trade secrets, real estate, construction, breach of contract, partnership disputes, and business torts.

In this role, you will draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, conduct depositions and discovery, and prepare for trial. You will also provide strategic legal advice to clients and collaborate with a team of senior attorneys on complex cases. This position is ideal for an associate looking to build their career in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Qualified candidates will have a JD from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar. Requirements include one year of civil litigation experience, strong research, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred candidates will have a strong interest in business litigation and confidence in their ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
