As an associate attorney, you will:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare cases for trial
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients
- Manage diverse caseloads
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Genuine interest in business litigation
- Confidence in case management
