Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in a wide range of business litigation matters, including:

• Partnership disputes
• Breach of contract cases
• Employment litigation
• Real estate conflicts
• Manage cases from inception through trial
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies
• Conduct legal research and draft court documents
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the State Bar
• Documented 1st or 2nd chair trial experience in any practice area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Passion for courtroom advocacy
