This is a full-time, fully in-office position.

What You Will Do

• Draft and argue substantive motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings
• Appear in both California State and Federal Courts
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Maintain strong, proactive client communication

The Ideal Background

• Experience handling civil litigation matters in California
• Strong motion practice and deposition experience
• Exposure to commercial or business disputes preferred
• Familiarity with both State and Federal Court procedures
• Active member in good standing with the California Bar
• Confident communicator with strong analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range of $150,000 to $300,000 annually, depending on experience
