Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for an attorney to join a specialized litigation practice focused on representing public safety personnel in administrative investigations and related proceedings.

This role provides immediate responsibility and hands-on involvement in complex, high-stakes matters.

This opportunity also has the potential to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle administrative investigations and disciplinary defense matters
• Represent clients in sensitive, high-pressure proceedings
• Participate in civil rights-related litigation work
• Attorneys will work directly with clients and develop experience managing matters from intake through resolution.

Candidate Profile

• At least four years of litigation experience
• Litigation-focused background with administrative or related experience
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a team
• Strong judgment and professionalism in high-stress situations

Compensation

• Rate: $50 to $80+ per hour DOE
