Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $160,000 – $175,000
• Total Earnings Potential: $300,000+
• Bonus Structure:
• 20% origination bonus
• Additional subjective bonus for leadership, teamwork, positive attitude, and client management
• Billable Requirement: 1600 hours
• Additional Earnings Potential:
• $90 per billed hour over 1575 hours (up to 75 hours)
• $115 per billed hour for every hour over 1650
