The Role

• Litigate a broad range of civil cases, including employment claims (wrongful termination, wage and hour, discrimination), real estate disputes (property rights, landlord/tenant, breach of contract), and construction matters.
• Handle cases from intake through trial or resolution: drafting pleadings, taking depositions, managing discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on risk management and strategy.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and other forms of dispute resolution.
