Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case development and strategy
• Draft essential legal documents, including motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Contribute to mediation and settlement negotiations
• Oversee the litigation process for complex class action cases
• Represent clients in court, including motion arguments, hearings, and trials

Qualifications:

• Civil litigation experience
• Active and in good standing with the California Bar
• Law review or journal experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
