We are seeking a Class Action Associate Attorney for a leading employment law firm in Beverly Hills. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for employee rights in complex class action cases while working in a supportive, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage class action cases from start to finish, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other documents.
- Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in class action litigation, preferably in employment law.
- Licensure: Active California State Bar membership.
- Skills: Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail and organization.
