Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in probate and trust litigation, providing expert legal counsel and representation.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations, as well as court appearances.
• Hybrid Work environment

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or probate and trust litigation.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
