We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our accomplished legal team. This position is perfect for a talented attorney with extensive experience in handling complex business disputes and a history of achieving successful outcomes in litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of commercial litigation, from case initiation to final resolution.
• Advocate for clients in trials, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and formulate case strategies.
• Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide clients with sound legal advice and risk assessments on business disputes.
• Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution options.
• Manage various commercial disputes, including contract breaches, partnership disagreements, and intellectual property matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case handling.
• Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognized law school.
• Active membership with the California State Bar.
• Experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal research and case management software.
• Familiarity with e-discovery tools and procedures.
