A leading law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and writing, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests. Superior analytical skills, strong verbal and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

Experience with employment and consumer protection matters is a plus, but not required. Courtroom experience is also a plus. A judicial clerkship is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $220,000 – $235,000 (based on experience)
• Bonuses: Eligible for hours-based and discretionary performance bonuses
