A dynamic and forward-thinking law firm specializing in Business Litigation, Business Entities, and Complex Commercial matters is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigator to join its remote team. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-stakes cases, including breach of contract, shareholder disagreements, intellectual property disputes, and fraud claims litigation while delivering strategic solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead litigation strategies in state, federal, and appellate courts, driving cases from inception through resolution
• Navigate complex discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, managing depositions, and conducting legal research
• Craft compelling motions, pleadings, and pre-trial briefs while preparing watertight cases for trial or settlement negotiations
• Focus on consumer, commercial, and employment litigation, handling disputes involving contract breaches, business torts, and employment-related claims
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop risk-mitigation strategies and resolve disputes efficiently

Qualifications:

• California Bar License (active and in good standing, non-negotiable)
• 3+ years of battle-tested litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and arguing motions
• Federal court experience is advantageous but not required
• Strong analytical skills to assess legal risks and deliver pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for persuasive advocacy and client interactions
