The right candidate will have 4+ years of experience and expertise in commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and title/survey review. Preferred qualifications include experience in covenant drafting, commercial development and/or land use. A strong focus on client service is required.

Salary Range:

• $120,000 – $165,000 D.O.E.
• Bonuses: Based on collected revenue
