About the Position

A premier Los Angeles law firm seeks a highly skilled Complex Trial Attorney with 6+ years of experience handling high-stakes, white glove trials. This is a full-time, permanent position for a litigator who thrives in the courtroom and has a proven track record of success in complex civil or commercial cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of complex trial litigation, from case inception through verdict and post-trial motions.
• Develop and execute sophisticated trial strategies for high-value, sensitive matters.
• Manage discovery, draft and argue motions, and oversee all trial preparation.
• Serve as first chair in court, presenting cases before judges and juries.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active member in good standing with the California Bar.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as lead or co-lead counsel in complex trials, with a focus on white glove, high-profile, or high-net-worth client matters.
• Demonstrated success in the courtroom, including multiple first-chair trial experiences.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong leadership, case management, and client relations abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $160,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
