Are you a litigation attorney with a sharp mind and a passion for high-stakes personal injury cases? Mission Recruiting is representing a premier boutique firm in Beverly Hills seeking a skilled attorney to join its team. This is a rare chance to manage complex personal injury litigation—including cases involving amputation, spinal cord, and brain injuries—from intake to resolution.

The firm takes on only 5–10 major matters at a time. Attorneys are expected to engage in legal writing, litigation strategy, and client advocacy with minimal oversight. This is a role for serious litigators ready to contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions and perform legal writing and analysis
• Handle e-discovery and expert depositions
• Assist in litigation strategy and trial prep
• Communicate with clients and provide updates
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and succession plans

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and efficiently
• Strong deposition and writing skills
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership

Work Environment:

• Hybrid schedule
• No billable hour requirement

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $140,000–$200,000 based on experience
• Origination bonuses from day one
