What You Will Do:

Under the direction of the Assistant General Counsel/Managing Director, the Court Procedures Compliance Analyst will:

  • Administer and maintain the audit system for bar license membership
  • Research and maintain a database of bar licensure requirements
  • Track bar application status for newly transferred or hired attorneys
  • Monitor and assist with bar license renewals
  • Respond to inquiries in connection with bar membership requirements
  • Assist in the annual CA LLP renewal process
  • Maintain Court Procedures database with bar admissions (including pro hac vice), and electronic filing credentials for litigation attorneys
  • Contribute to the execution of the Goodwin LED Workflow queue
  • Create and maintain a spreadsheet of active bankruptcy matters
  • Participate in Court Procedures’ CM/ECF electronic filing rotation
  • Assist with client file transfers
  • Undertake special projects as directed by senior staff

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, J.D. and relevant experience highly desirable
  • Experience in a large law firm setting
  • Experience working with colleagues in multiple time zones
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiar with docketing software (CompuLaw)
  • Legal industry experience ideal, particularly in compliance roles
  • Strong communication, research, and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus

Salary Range (Based on location):

  • Boston: $72,900 – $109,400
  • Los Angeles: $76,600 – $114,900
  • New York: $76,600 – $114,900
  • Philadelphia: $68,600 – $102,900
  • San Francisco: $81,700 – $122,500
  • Santa Monica: $76,600 – $114,900
  • Silicon Valley: $81,700 – $122,500
  • Washington DC: $72,900 – $109,400
