Our client, a nationally recognized construction litigation firm* is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join its San Francisco Bay Area office.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience with construction contracts and disputes.
- Strong civil litigation background.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Ability to manage document discovery efficiently.
- Experience with depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for mediations, trials, and arbitrations is a plus.
- Admission to the California Bar is required.
