Our client’s Construction Law Group, recognized by Chambers USA as one of the best in Illinois, is expanding its dynamic team. We are seeking talented legal professionals who are passionate about construction law and eager to grow within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

We are seeking an associate and a seasoned partner to join this esteemed team. We are looking for an attorney with a solid background in construction litigation and a strong desire to advance in this specialized field.

Qualifications:

• Associate Attorney
• 3+ years’ experience in construction litigation.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Transactional experience in construction law or a willingness to develop transactional skills is a plus.

Lateral Partner

• 10+ years’ experience in construction litigation including construction and design defect; project delay, acceleration, and scheduling; and mechanic’s lien.
• Have substantial experience drafting construction agreements on projects over $100 million.
• Candidates must also have construction trial/arbitration experience.

Salary Range: $210,000 – $350,000
