We are seeking middle and senior-level associates to join our Energy and Infrastructure Projects group in the New York office. Strong financing and/or M&A transactional experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy or other infrastructure development, finance, and/or acquisitions and dispositions.

A successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of academic achievement and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support complex financing and M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Advise clients on energy and infrastructure development, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Work closely with partners and clients on high-profile projects across the energy and infrastructure industries.
• Structure, negotiate, and document deals while working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in financing, M&A, and transactional matters.
• Background in energy or infrastructure development, finance, and acquisitions/dispositions is highly desirable.
• Excellent academic credentials and a passion for providing high-quality work product.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary expected to range between $365,000 and $435,000 annually, with actual salary determined based on experience and other relevant factors.
