They offer opportunities to work directly with leading practitioners and engage in cutting-edge matters, ensuring strong professional growth and exposure. The position focuses on private equity fund formation, particularly on the sponsor side. The work will involve representing private equity sponsors in the formation of investment funds, providing insight into industry-leading practices.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $310,000 – $420,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Bonus Potential: Performance-based discretionary bonuses.
