Join a rapidly growing corporate practice in the Bay Area with a prestigious Am Law 100 firm. We are seeking a Corporate Associate with 2+ years of transactional experience to support mergers and acquisitions, securities, and venture capital practices. Private equity experience is preferred.

This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial and business-minded attorney who wants to contribute to the expansion of a top-tier corporate practice. Collaboration is key, with an expectation to be in the office approximately 60% of the time.

Qualifications:

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission or eligibility for admission in California
• 2+ years of experience in M&A, securities, venture capital, or private equity
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $260,000 – $310,000 base salary
• Bonus eligible
