A new and exciting opportunity is available for a mid-level corporate attorney to join a highly regarded Life Sciences team. You will work on dynamic corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US, Asia, and beyond. This includes advising venture-backed private and public companies on equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance matters.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $250,000 – $345,000
