A leading law firm is seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer (“KM Lawyer”) to join its Corporate Department. The KM Lawyer will develop, implement, and maintain the knowledge and innovation strategy for the firm’s Corporate practice groups. Reporting directly to the Director of Knowledge Management, this role will work closely with the Corporate Legal Director and Corporate Attorneys to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Corporate Law, Knowledge Management, Legal Technology, Business Development, Training, and Innovation.

Compensation:

• $165,000 – $230,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Expectations & Schedule:

• This position requires regular physical presence in the office at least 3x per week, or more, depending on business needs or firm policy.

Candidate Parameters:

• J.D. with at least 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience providing knowledge management or legal technology support.
• Familiarity with private credit, finance, tax, or M&A is a plus.
• Strong aptitude and interest in legal technology.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
