Are you an experienced Tax Attorney seeking a new career opportunity? Mission Recruiting is excited to partner with a dynamic, expanding full-service business law firm in South Metro Denver. The firm is looking to hire a Mid-to-Senior Corporate/M&A Attorney to enhance its Corporate Law team.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with corporate tax strategies and other common corporate transactional and operational matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, structuring, and governance. Key responsibilities will include identifying tax advantages, drafting corporate documents, and reviewing operating agreements, contracts, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and equity purchase and sale transactions. Strong leadership skills are essential to guide and mentor junior attorneys on the team.
