Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex contracts

• Conduct transaction due diligence
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm growth

Ideal candidates will have 10-15+ years of corporate transactional experience. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues will be essential.
