Want Big Law–caliber deals and compensation with a boutique-firm lifestyle—and faster career advancement than the typical large-firm timeline? Founded by former global law firm partners, this West Los Angeles firm delivers sophisticated corporate work, meaningful client access, and the chance to take on responsibility earlier (without waiting in line behind ten classes of associates).
You’ll support high-end M&A and corporate matters by drafting and negotiating key deal documents, including stock/asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition documents, governance agreements, employment agreements, and NDAs, while partnering closely with clients and deal teams to keep transactions moving from diligence through close.
This role is ideal for an associate with 2–4 years of M&A transactional experience looking to escape the Big Law work environment. Associates are expected to have excellent writing skills, strong judgment, and a collaborative, upbeat approach. California bar required.
