Qualifications:

• Preference for candidates with experience in commercial or labor & employment litigation, but other civil litigation backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent academic credentials.
• The ideal candidate should be motivated to be part of a dynamic national practice, ready to take initiative, assume responsibility for cases based on experience, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing is required.
