In this role, you will oversee work allocation, performance management, and retention strategies across multiple offices, while fostering a positive and inclusive experience for all attorneys.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $129,200 – $193,900
• Salary may vary based on experience and location.

Candidate Parameters:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related role (preferably within an AMLAW 25 law firm)
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) required; corporate transactional experience preferred
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and experience managing projects and people in a professional services environment
