Join a global law firm’s Operations Team, where you’ll help shape the future of attorney development in a dynamic, global environment. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Attorney Development Manager to collaborate closely with US-based Life Sciences corporate associates and professional track attorneys. In this role, you will oversee work allocation, performance management, and retention strategies across multiple offices, while fostering a positive and inclusive experience for all attorneys.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $129,200 – $193,900
- Salary may vary based on experience and location.

Candidate Parameters:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related role (preferably within an AMLAW 25 law firm)

- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and experience managing projects and people in a professional services environment
