We are looking for a team-oriented Attorney to join an Employee Benefits group. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience handling ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters. This position involves a broad range of responsibilities, including designing, drafting, and providing support for defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, employee stock ownership plans, employee welfare plans, and executive compensation programs, as well as handling controversial work and supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Candidate Parameters:

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
  • The ideal candidate will also have experience with ESOP transactions and advising existing ESOPs, alongside a strong understanding of ERISA, tax, and related laws pertaining to employee benefit plans.

  • The salary range for this position is $175,000 – $330,000/year, with actual compensation varying based on office location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
