What You’ll Be Doing (Spoiler: Not Just Drafting Memos)

  • Litigating employment matters involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, Wage & Hour, and ERISA claims
  • Taking and defending depositions (yes, you’ll get to do them!)
  • Drafting real pleadings, motions, and briefs that end up in court, not just on a partner’s desk
  • Making court appearances and arguing your heart out
  • Reviewing ESI, interviewing witnesses, and being a true litigation badass

 

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • California Bar license (Nevada Bar is a bonus, but not required)
  • Killer research and writing skills
  • Poise, presence, and a love for arguing your point in a packed courtroom
