A rapidly growing law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled attorney to join its dynamic team, focusing on plaintiff-side employment and business litigation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal matters while maintaining a balanced approach to work and life.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle diverse caseloads including wrongful termination, FEHA claims, sexual abuse, PAGA, wage and hour disputes, and whistleblower claims
  • Draft settlement and demand letters, complaints, and motions
  • Prepare for depositions and trials
  • Engage in class certification motions and class-wide settlements
  • Participate in court proceedings

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in employment and business litigation
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client and court interactions
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the firm’s approach

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $125,000 to $180,000, based on experience
