Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation and counsel for businesses
• Draft employee handbooks, employment agreements, and compensation structures
• Advise businesses on EEOC compliance
• Manage employment law caseload from inception through resolution, including discovery, hearings, mediation, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial if needed
