We’re partnering with a rapidly growing law firm located in sunny Beverly Hills, CA that specializes in plaintiff-side employment litigation to find a talented Intake Attorney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, evaluate workplace claims, and guide prospective clients through the legal process. Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed intake interviews with potential clients to evaluate employment-related claims.
• Analyze claims related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage violations, retaliation, and more.
• Apply your knowledge of federal and state employment laws (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, FLSA, etc.) to assess case viability.
• Prepare comprehensive case assessments and summaries for senior attorneys.
• Educate clients on their legal rights and the next steps in the process.
• Collaborate with intake coordinators and paralegals to ensure smooth case intake and follow-ups.
• Manage a high volume of inquiries, ensuring professionalism and empathy with each client.
• Refer cases outside of the firm’s focus areas to appropriate professionals when needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
• Experience in employment law or plaintiff-side litigation.
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Exceptional legal analysis, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of intake calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
