My client currently has 77 attorneys specializing in an array of practice areas. They seek to provide sound business advice from incorporation to ongoing day-to-day management, whether it involves advising on corporate structure, employment advice, counsel, leasing, real estate development, and all facets of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Attorneys:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and complaints
• Manage discovery and legal research
• Represent clients in court
• Provide counsel on FMLA, ADA, and EEOC compliance
• Manage caseload from inception through resolution
