The Role

• Advises & counsels businesses and executives on employment matters.
• Litigate high-stakes employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims.
• Manage Cases from inception to resolution, including depositions, drafting, discovery, and motion practice.
• Strategize & Advocate in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
