This is a dynamic opportunity to work on marquee film, television, and digital media projects for top-tier distributors, networks, and streaming platforms. The role is ideal for a mid-level transactional attorney looking to advance their entertainment law career within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-profile entertainment and intellectual property agreements
• Advise clients on legal issues in connection with development, production, and distribution
• Support production companies, talent, and financiers across multiple media platforms
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and strategic counsel
• Stay current on industry trends, legal developments, and contract standards

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Transactional entertainment law experience
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating entertainment and IP contracts
• Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and client-focused
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Admitted to practice law in California (or eligible)
